I manage several vintage apartment properties and always use Camilo and Luis at Pinnacle Plumbing for our routine jobs such as faucet repair and replacements, clogged bathroom/kitchen drains, water heater and gas wall heater replacement. One of the biggest jobs that we had to do was a complete sewer pipe replacement underground of our large vintage Victorian building. This involved excavating through the foundation and under the sidewalks to repair and replace sewer pipes that connect to the City sewage laterals. Luis and Camilo did a wonderful job of not only making the replacements and repairs, but we’re very empathetic to not disturb the tenants, with a focus on safety and good customer experience.
