"Travis went above and beyond to deliver great service. He took pictures of what he saw going on in the crawl space. He patiently and carefully explained those issues to me. He is very knowledgeable. When it’s time to service the dehumidifier next year, I will be sure to ask for him."

"G&B recently completed a driveway, sidewalks and patio with fire pit for us and it turned out beautifully. George offered several helpful suggestions for choosing the right color and stamping pattern to really tie the project in with the house. These extra details are why we chose G&B above the others. The crew was prompt on completing the projects as well as courteous and mindful of our neighbors during the job. Highly, highly recommend for any concrete needs."

"<p>EXCELLENT WORK and VERY PROFESSIONAL.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  We scheduled three brick masons (all from Angie?s List) to give us a quote on re-pointing the front of our house (three stories tall and about 15 feet wide).  One of the brick masons said he no longer worked in Philadelphia because of union issues.  Dennis from Philadelphia Brick & Stone replied immediately and said he would meet us to give us a quote.  We went back and forth to set up a date/time for the initial meeting and a day before the meeting, he confirmed with us.  He was very prompt, friendly, and candid about what was needed.  He explained where there needed to be repairs, and where we did not need repairs.  We very much appreciated that he did not try to sell us on re-pointing the entire front of the house.  He sent us a quote soon after the meeting, which we accepted because it was reasonable, and then we scheduled the actual work about a week later.  On the day of the actual job, he showed up on time, with another mason (Romey? Not sure about the spelling.), and they both prepared the area (e.g., putting down canvas).  They started work immediately, about 11 am, and didn?t finish until 6:00 pm, but they were working non-stop during that time.  Both Dennis and Romey were friendly, cheerful, professional, and attentive to the details of the job.  For example, I noticed that they had cloth wrapped around the top of the ladder, to ensure it did not scratch the brick.  In another example, at one point, Dennis had to leave to buy more caulking (I think that was what he called it) because he ran out of the proper color and wanted to be sure that the color matched exactly.  They did the job properly, first removing the old cement and calking, and then replacing the cement and caulking.  At the end of the job, rather than just quickly leaving, Dennis spent some time doing cosmetic touch-ups.  They cleaned the area when they were done ? sweeping, removing all the detritus -- and actually left the area cleaner than it had been to start with.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs brick work done.  (In fact, a neighbor who lived down the street was watching the work.  He came over and asked for a quote because the work was so well done.)</p> <br />"

"We are first time homeowners and had a clogged pipe that resulted in water damage in the basement and damage to our roof from a storm within a few month period. We've never had to file a claim before or deal with this level of damage, and I didn't know where to start (do I call the insurance company, how do I navigate the process?). A friend who had worked with Funari in the past recommended them to me. I'm so glad they did! They did all the work, talked me through the process, and handed me a check at the end. They are professional, competent, and definitely worth their fee. Highly recommend!"

"We are so impressed with J Rangel and Son! They did an incredible job on our patio expansion. They were timely, had great communication with us, did the job in a single day and fully cleaned up after. They really showed amazing attention to detail and were pleasant to have around as they worked. We are so impressed with the result. We’ll be calling them for any concrete needs in the future! "

"Asked for plan and time to completion for the work. What I received was the bums rush and no plan. Since I didn't just fall of the turnip truck, I declined any further contact. Maybe it was just a bad day for them and they may perform nice work. I based my decision on initial contact and interaction. <br />"

"The man who came out was very good. The side walk was fine. I have seen his work throughout the city because he stamps his logo in the sidewalk. I knew that he does pretty good work because it seems to be everywhere. He made the appointment and came on time. He did what he was supposed to do and hauled all the junk away. So, it was pretty painless."

"Brad repaired two basement cracks for us 4 years as a contractor for another company. The repairs were guaranteed for ever. One of the cracks started leaking again and, when I went back to the company, they had changed owners and the new owner would not uphold the guarantee. Someone saw my recent rating of that company (a lousy rating at this point) and got us in touch with Brad who said that he had done the work and would stand by the guarantee. Brad came today at no charge and put more plugs where the leak had recurred. You do not find many people that honest."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Warminster, PA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
