"Carlos was great to work with. He came and took measurements, then recommended a place to get cabinets from with a specific person to work with (that person was great as well). He did the demo, re-tiled the floors, installed the cabinets, range hood and appliances, then the back splash. Two weeks later, due to temperature changes, the cabinet drawers shifted, Carlos came back and reset them at no charge. He was always on schedule. I would certainly recommend him."

"Joel and the team at Appliance Driven are absolutely incredible! I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "This was a very good experience. They where on time. It was done to the agreed upon price. The owner is Frank Tedeschi. We had a warped junk drawer. Rather then send for new drawer which would have cost us another 250 dollars, Frank repaired the drawer for a nominal fee. This was not part of the deal but he did it anyway. The quality of the work is outstanding. The cabinets look like new if not better. There was minimal inconvenience to us. They removed the cabinets doors and refinished them in their shop and then returned and them and re-installed them."

He recommended that we purchase a new patio door directly from a building supply store, and he gave us some advice about which model to select. He communicated with the building supply company in order to be certain that the size of the replacement patio door would be appropriate. It was easy to schedule a convenient time for him to do the work. He telephoned us the afternoon before each of the 2 days that he would be working in our home. Craftsmanship was excellent. He even painted wooden frame around the new patio door. Cleanup after the job was complete. We could not of been more pleased!"
