"We recently used Monk’s for a guest bathroom gut and re-do. We decided to go with them, as our neighbors used them for a master bathroom and were quite happy. We called them and they were immediately responsive, making an appointment to come over for an initial walk-through. From there they provided an extremely thorough and detailed estimate. Based on that, along with our neighbor’s review, we decided to use them. Well, we could not have been happier. Their communication was excellent and clear. Everything was documented. The amount of information provided to us was incredible. There was nothing left to the imagination. It was all extremely comprehensive and transparent. Any questions we had were answered immediately and clarified. There was also no problem if we wanted to buy some of the materials/fixtures ourselves (which we did). Zero pressure to buy through them, although anything bought through them they would guarantee. They were extremely prompt, always arriving exactly when they said they would. He and his team’s work was meticulous and any issues that arose (yes, issues will always come up in large projects, so don’t freak out!) were dealt with and corrected immediately with no questions asked. We felt all the way through the process that they had a vested interest in the success of our new bathroom!
