"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "We have an old home that always had drain backup issues. We would call a plumber it seemed about every 5 months to clear a backup. After another backup, we called 2 companies prior to finding this one. R Mech didnâ t fix the issue at all after sending two technicians out. The second was Roto Rooter and they tried to unblock the drain without success, scoped the drain and said the main sewer line had to be completely taken out to fix the problem costing about $10k! Thankfully I called CJ and he was SUPER accommodating and came to our house in very short notice, found the issue with the camera, showed us everything that was going on, was able to puncture a hole through the roots, causing all the problems, so that we could at least function in our house. He was able to come out the NEXT DAY to dig up the bad line and replace it! I couldn't be happier to have this ongoing issue finally resolved for good and at a reasonable price! CJ was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Especially those dealing with the big name companies that are charging an arm and a leg! Heâ s honest and does exceptional work! "After providing his estimate to the home owner, she called another plumbing service for the floor drain issue. He came out within a day, found the issue to be that the kitchen pipe was plugged up mostly and this was also making the floor drain clogged with stuff from the kitchen sink. He used a snake and immediately freed the clog from between the kitchen sink pipe and floor drain. After that it drained just fine. And it was only $100 vs $3800+. I emailed DTS afterwards indicating that it was just clogged and no pipes had to be replaced, but he never responded. So I paid for a $69 inspection with a $100 credit toward future repair that I can't use because the inspection was wrong and the home owner wasn't going to have him do the work with the inspection being incorrect. I suppose the $69 I paid is a lot better than if I'd proceeded with his $3800 estimate for a repair that wasn't needed though. Given I know skilled people can make mistakes, even good ones, I'm only making the overall rating as a C."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
