"DTS plumbing replaced an outdoor faucet that would not shut off.  Price was very fair and the service was performed on time and correctly.  I had a difficult schedule to work around and they were happy to work with me.  In addition, I had a very small unscheduled repair that they handled for me on the spot.  Overall, they were on time, courteous, and very fair on price."

"That was explained in my review.  Total gutting and remodeling of kitchen and dining room.  Replace rail and spindles on stairs in entryway.  Paint whole house including trim and ceilings.  New wood floors in kitchen, entry, and dining room.  New carpet throughout rest of house.  Remodel guest bathroom.  We were given wonderful advice and guidance throughout the whole process.  Everyone we worked with was not only expert at what they do individually buy all worked together for a common goal--they made sure everything was done to perfection.  Rex even made a custom cat door for me!  I could not be happier with the way everything turned out--it is beautiful.  I have never had such a positive experience with a remodel, or any kind of work of this kind.  Paul was not only great to work with, but very talented and has a great design eye for what is needed."

"When we called Jeff, he made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, was unfailingly polite, and immediately found the problem with the door. He had a quick solution for it, fixed it, and it's still fine. We may ask him to come back to remove the doorframe, correct the opening so it is square, and reframe it, re-hang the door again, and paint the new doorframe on both sides. The original door frame sloped downhill about 15 degrees from the time it was installed.

"Shawn gave us a quote to supply all the hardware, materials, and labor do the rehab, and that is exactly what the final charge was and I know he ran into some unforeseen problems. He was able to schedule us as needed, which happened to be the day before and  the day we were moving to the location he was working on. Because of this we really were not present when the majority of the work was done. He keep us informed on his progress and everything was preformed as expected. What impressed me the most was his desire to get the work done right and to our satisfaction. I have recommended Shawn to neighbors and would definitely use his services again."

They actually accomplished more than I thought they would in that amount of time (4 hours). They kept me informed on how much time was left (I had purchased a coupon), and what they could accomplish in that time, so they would be sure to finish the project and not leave it unfinished. In the end, the replaced/repaired 3 different, fairly large, sections of my fence and it looks fantastic.
