We texted about the work he would do and he explained all the pros and cons of various types of sealers and asked all the right questions about my driveway. When he arrived on time he explained everything he planned to do to sealcoat my driveway. He taped off areas by the garage to keep overspray off and applied a good layer of oil based sealer. He was thorough and careful around areas such near my new concrete walkway and the concrete for my garage. His attention to detail resulted in a very professional job. Very satisfied."

I've attached a before and after picture. My driveway pavers were spreading apart due to poor drainage due to tire pressure over time. In addition to reinforcing the substructure and sloping the driveway correctly away from the house, Lazaro came up with solutions including beautiful gravel side drains and reinforcing the previously spread-apart area with a concrete border hidden under the gravel. He also reset our fence post that had been rising due to the poor drainage and installed a downspout drain under the reset driveway with a pop-up drain on the other side instead of having the downspout pour directly onto the pavers, which also may have led to our previous problems. And he was creative in redistributing our oil-stained pavers in a random pattern so they wouldn't be as noticeable. Great job."

"Cody uses higher quality products than others, so his prices are slightly higher as a result, but really not by much at all. When you consider long term wear and lifetime of the asphalt it will end up saving you money over your lifetime of owning your home, so the 3% upfront is very well worth it. He is a skilled tradesman and does great work, he was efficient and through. I would gladly hire hm again for future resealing or if we were to move."

"This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. "Kelly, owner, came to house. Wanted layer of driveway gravel on very long driveway. He measured and examined entire drive for any other needs. The driveway looks great. No gravel in grass areas.
