"I called Warren after working with another company and getting a ridiculously high estimate. I looked on HomeAdvisor and Warren had a very good reputation. The service was night and day, Warren didn't charge an arm and a leg just to come out and look, in fact he didn't charge me anything, while the other company charged me a lot just to tell me what I already knew, that my sewage line from the 2nd floor bathroom was leaking and badly cracked. Warren didn't make a big stink out of the issue, he's a professional and to him it was just another day at the office. The other company acted like it was the worst plumbing disaster they've ever seen, no doubt this was to prep me for the insanely high quote they were about to dump on me. Warren arrived the day he said he would, removed all my old cast iron drain and replaced it with new ABS, everything was done professionally and on time, and for the price he estimated (which was a fraction of the other companies). Warren didn't try to sell me hundreds of dollars in service plans or rip and replace perfectly good existing piping, just a simple "here's my card, call if you have an issue". Warren even spent his time showing me the ins and outs of my steam boiler since this was my first house with steam. He's a good guy and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. A lot of times when you have electrical or plumbing needs you look to the big company and just trust their giving you an honest estimate because they're established, but give some of the smaller local guys a shot because it could save you thousands."
