"Customer service was great ! Workers were on time and very informative and respectful. Cost was more fair than 3 other quotes I got."

"Joe walked through the unit with us and listened to my needs and addressed a few I hadn't considered. We agreed on a contract and services and he was able to begin right away. I had a serious issue with cigarette smoke residue that was so thick that when scrubbing the walls it looked like chocolate milk. The smell was horrible. It took a bunch of special primer but it's completely gone. When new things popped up that I wanted done Joe gave me a fair price and I paid him as we went along. They painted, redid the kitchen cabinets, put in faucets and shower fittings, put in new lighting, painted the bathtub and shower surround, and tiled the walls in the bathrooms.
I gave him a "B" on the quality of work because he asked from the beginning what grade of work I wanted done - I said B+ since this condo unit was going up for sale soon. I got what we agreed upon.
If you see something you don't think is right just ask him. The biggest pain in doing a job of the magnitude of ours is that home owners often don't understand the process involved. Joe communicates very well and will make it right.
This condo sparkles now and it's just beautiful, I would definitely use him again for any large scale remodel.

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"Pricy, $300 to secure and install water heater controls which was noted as a $130 part. 15 minute job in the house. $375 to fix two gas leaks - 45 minute job in house. Work quality seems good. They were available on short notice."

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."
