"We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"Pablo arrived a little later than the appointment time, but he was polite and professional, and still completed the project on time. The tub looks amazing, the caulk is perfect. There is some residue left on the bronze piping that I can't wash off yet without damaging the glaze. I'm hoping it's easy to clean up. He did put up a protective sheet to protect the house, it probably would have been worthwhile if he also covered the shower hardware. I wasn't expecting the exhaust tube to run through the house to the front door, but he said the bathroom window was too close. It made sense when I saw the equipment, it was just unexpected. He laid down a cloth to protect the wood floors. All in all, good service, good price, and I would hire again."

"The experience was excellent! They have a large inventory of stone on sight and I was fortunate enough to find a remnant that met my needs making the pricing attractive. There was no pressure while browsing and when I made a decision the staff was efficient and professional during the process to select sinks, edge treatment, etc and finalize the paperwork. "Good communication from provider, however they do not do the work that I need performed (grout install and sealing). As you can see from their email reply below Nutra Care do grout cleaning and sealing. Hi Randy, Thanks for your reply. You've mentioned you need re-grouting, our special is not for re-grouting (as in putting in new grout and or redoing old grout to new), it is only for cleaning the grout and than sealing it. If you are looking for cleaning of the tile & grout than sealing only please let us know, and we will schedule your tile cleaning around the dates you've requested. If you do in fact need to have your shower re-grouted, the special does not apply as we do not do regrouting/repairs. Sincerely, Linda Rainsberger Natura Care"
