"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs!
