"the job was done correctly. He arrived as he said he would. But I thought 319 dollars was a little high for installing two new garage door springs and an hour of work. But my garage door works good and the instalation went well and professionally."

"They answered my call immediately and the next day a technician came out to evaluate the problem. Very professional and polite. He was able to replace the garage opener right then. Had all the part and supplies with him. The door works better than before. Very happy with service and end result. Highly recommend and will definitely call again should I need garage door issues."

"EZ Garage Door did a great job. Ordered a steel door, not urgent. They called to set up installation two weeks later, and arrived at the promised time. Installer Frank was great - professional, friendly, and he left the job cleaner than when he found it. I absolutely would and will recommend them!"

"Jack and Sam were the best. I had a very positive experience from the first phone call to completion of the project. We had a double and a single garage doors along with automatic garage door opener installed. Jack's expertise helped us select the perfect doors. They were replacing old, worn out doors. The new ones add a touch of class to the exterior or the house and the quality of insulation is apparent. Jack and Sam came when expected, went to work immediately and cleaned up afterward. They were very pleasant, professional and their expertise was obvious. I highly recommend Double D Doors for any door project."

"Having tri rivers install new garage doors and opener. Jason Sherry has been very easy and pleasant to do with., also very knowledgeable and willing to am with me. I look forward to my new garage doors and I recommend this company."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."

"The service went fine, but it cost $220 to replace a capacitor which is a fairly cheap part and takes <5 minutes to install"

"Every time I called him to fix the door,  he says he has the flu.  This has been over the course of a year and a half.  He just doesn't want to come back to finish the job.  I have paid him and he has not finished it.  I had such a good experience when he was here, and then I asked him to fix something he won't come back to do it.

When he came to install the door he showed up exactly when he said he would and he brought a helper and he got the job done in one day but he doesn't want to come back to make it right.

Unfortunately there are some good things that I can say about him, but he is just not interested in picking up the pieces when something goes wrong.   I thought the price was reasonable because it was a heavy job and he had to bring a helper.

The representative from Anderson Windows  that came to our home to see the door said that it was not installed correctly.  I will not use this company again in the future."
