"Overall, very satisfied. There was a bit of a delay between when the door arrived in town and when it was finally installed. In the end, the install was done, and done very well. Rod is a straight shooter and I feel he did what he could to make sure I was happy. Les, the installer, was a delight and did a great job."

"Every time I called him to fix the door,  he says he has the flu.  This has been over the course of a year and a half.  He just doesn't want to come back to finish the job.  I have paid him and he has not finished it.  I had such a good experience when he was here, and then I asked him to fix something he won't come back to do it. 

When he came to install the door he showed up exactly when he said he would and he brought a helper and he got the job done in one day but he doesn't want to come back to make it right. 

Unfortunately there are some good things that I can say about him, but he is just not interested in picking up the pieces when something goes wrong.   I thought the price was reasonable because it was a heavy job and he had to bring a helper.
