"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I recently had Daily Home Solutions repair my dryer, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Not only did he get the job done right, but he also went above and beyond by pointing out potential issues I might face in the future and providing me with steps to prevent them. What really impressed me was how Eddie tackled a job that another company said was "unfixable." That company seemed more interested in collecting their service fee than actually solving the problem. Eddie, on the other hand, showed up ready to help and proved that the dryer could, in fact, be repaired. His expertise and honesty were truly refreshing. Eddie is amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any home repairs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy repairman."

"Ted was extremely responsive, called me to discuss the repair before coming, gave me an idea of what he thought the problem was along with an estimated arrival time and then texted me to tell he was on his way. My washer needed a part which he ordered and installed the next business day. Ted did a great job and I definitely will be using him for all my future appliance repairs."

"We contacted Home Crafters and Chris came out to give us an estimate on November 24th, which was the week of Thanksgiving.  He promised us a contract and breakdown of costs by the following Monday by email.  After reviewing and signing we agreed to have Home Crafters do the work and he said it would be at least two weeks for them to start the work as long as it was not raining.  Much to our surprise, two roofers were sent to our home on that Thursday and they completed the work by Friday afternoon.  Everything went extremely well and we would definitely contact them in the future if needed.  (One thing to note is that we have seen the repairs via pictures but are unsure of whether or not it will leak since we haven't had rain.)

"I had an issue with my clothes washer drain line on Memorial weekend, I called and they sent a plumber in the holiday at no extra fee. He snaked the line, went under the house, discovered further water damage and got me in contact with a repair and restoration company. Eddie, the plumber went far and above my expectations to get my home back in order."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Repairman was polite, efficient and quite knowledgeable! he resolved our problem to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend him highly!!!!"
