"I scheduled an appointment, and Bill, the owner, called the day of the appointment to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had finished other jobs earlier that day. He and his employee arrived when he said and looked over the material. He quoted me two prices based on how much of the sectional I wanted cleaned, then he tested an area, at my request, to ensure that that cleaning products wouldn't ruin the material as the upholstery tag carries a cleaning code of "S," which supposedly requires the use of a dry solvent. He and his employee proceeded to clean the upholstery, reapplying the cleaner to the more soiled areas. They were receptive to my questions and feedback, educating me about the cleaning process. They were friendly and professional. My sectional is 1 1/2 years old but is light colored and showed use/usual soiling. The cleaning made it look practically new again."

"Overall it went very well.  The hardest part was choosing the sink and faucets to go with the countertops. I did the tear out of the old laminate countertop and faucet and they did the rest.  There were no unexpected surprises and no installation problems.  Courtney was fabulous helping my wife and would email pictures of the granite to us at home so we could decide on color.  She was very polite and friendly.  Vince was very helpful on how to tear out the old countertop and had some very helpful suggestions for the kitchen to enhance the granite look.
