"I found Always Reliable Garage Doors on Angie's List and from the moment I called I was not disappointed.  I called two other companies for quotes and Don was the first one to call me back; he called back in about 2 hours and this was while he was on vacation!  We scheduled a time to meet to get a quote for new doors.  Don was right on time.  We told him what we wanted and he said not a problem.  We picked out our doors, gave him a deposit and Don said he'd call us when they came in (about 2 weeks).   Again, right on time we got a call from Don to schedule a time to do the installation. <br /> The day of the installation went like a breeze; one of the panels was damaged (we couldn't notice until Don pointed it out) but he had already called the manufacturer to report the damage and get us a replacement.  He took all the old doors down - every last bit of them until they just looked like bare 2x4"s and installed the new ones, tracks and the garage door opener (we only asked for the one and are regretting it a little!).  Some of the trim pieces were back ordered from the manufacturer and Don said that he'd stop by when they came in to install them since he didn't need to be in the house to do it.  I think about a week went by and then we came home from work and noticed the garage doors looked especially nice! <br /> He called at the beginning of October to schedule some time to replace the damaged panel and he was in and out.  I have to say we are very pleased with our choice and will be calling him again!  One thing more I have to say is that it is AMAZING to see the change that new garage doors make!  They are not only aesthetically pleasing but they are SO MUCH WARMER than our old pressed board and glass doors!!!  Now that it's getting cold out, we really notice the difference; the basement floor is warmer and our bedrooms too!  We also had zero stink bugs in the house this year!  We are very happy with our choice to use Don.  He is communication, knowledge of his products and customer service are excellent! <br />"
