"We hired Stan to do our kitchen remodel. I had 4 other contractors give me bids. Two would only give me a rough estimate unless I wanted to spend $5,000-$15,000 thousand for their designers. One other one gave me a loose bid but it wasn’t the contractor that came out it was a lady who worked for them. Stan was the last one to come out and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after all the others. He was professional, prepared with questions that no one else asked like; what kind of counters with pamphlets to look at so he could give me a proper estimate and what kind of backsplash and cabinets I wanted. He took measurements, gave me some advice on things to do and not. By the time he left I was impressed and sold! I told my husband if he comes back and its compative then we found our guy. When His estimate came in it was broken down, easy to read and fair! He was hired! Stan did an outstanding job on the remodel. He was everything you want in a contractor-fair, hardworking, honest, punctual and kind. His work is beautiful and he is a bit of a perfectionist. One of the cabinets had apparently some chips at the very top (I couldn’t see it!) so he took it off and took it back to the cabinet makers to have them repaint it for us. He worked long hours to make sure it was done and right! Also having four littles at home, I was a bit nervous about having a bunch of guys coming in and out of my home. Everyone that Stan brought in my house were kind and respectful. So as my kids called him, Stan the Man is the only contractor I will ever use and we are already talking with him about finishing our loft space. Do yourself a favor and call him, you wont be sorry! His work will speak for itself!"

"We had a garage lift installed. This enables us to bring our many bins that are in storage back to our home, access them without ladders. From first contact scheduling, technicians and cost, every contact is positive, friendly and professional. Your project isn't just a job to be finished and move on. We've used this company for several projects and will continue you call them for any future projects. We highly recommend them."

"We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work"

"Great customer service, great work for a fair price, doesn't get much better than that. The contractor, Val P. is a really good guy, and treated my small home and me, the same as he would a palace. I recommend this business, and if I need further assistance, will use them again."

"It was great. They showed up and got it done. They did everything that we talked about."

"Julian's team included Kasey did great work. They had to come in and take over a job by another contractor that went completely awry. They got in there and explained why they were doing what they were doing so I got an education along the way. They worked with me, were thoughtful, communicated well with me every step of the way, and completed the job satisfactorily. After having such a horrible experience with a previous contractor they were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Precision Painting and Construction. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail. The painting turned out flawless — clean lines, perfect color matching, and the finish looks amazing. They also handled some construction repairs before painting, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Communication was clear throughout the entire project, and the crew always showed up on time and left the site spotless each day. It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled painting and construction contractor, I highly recommend Precision Painting and Construction. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!"

"Their crew came in mid February on the one clear day of the month and quickly and cleanly remove the old rotting shingle roof and install my new metal roofing within just a couple days. My personal spaces were all tarped and protected and they were very professional when inside the home. So glad I found them when I did otherwise the old roof would have been leaking all month"
