"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"I was nervous when I hired Everdry due to the extent of work needed done to my basement and yard. But they came in and did a wonderful job. Everyone was really nice to work with. There was a miscommunication in the description of a add-on job I needed them to do for me but they worked with me and in the end it all worked out. I would definitely work with them again. I would recommend them but depending on your level of work that needs done the packages can be very expensive. I can say though, so far it's been great. I've had zero water in my basement since they fixed it. Thank guys! There was one specific employee I would like to call out for being amazing and going above and beyond. David, you are the man! "If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. "The workers came in the house, introduced themselves and went down in the basement to start working. Mr. Klein came in, didn't introduce himself until he came upstairs after speaking with his workers. My daughter felt she was not treated as the home owner and was slightly upset. <br /> The work started and finished when the technicians said it would. <br /> The basement floor was filthy, they didn't clean up very well after themselves. <br />"

"It took 2.5 days to install everything.  The plumbers who came were punctual, very friendly and professional.  They laid drop cloths down on my carpet and cleaned everything up each day after they were done.  My tub unit installation is virtually seamless!  So far, I'm very happy with the results.  They let me choose exactly where I wanted the soap dish inserts to go and followed my directions perfectly.  They were very good about making sure it was done just like a wanted.  I will be using them again in the future whenever I need a plumber.  They also gave me recommendations for furnace and carpet work when they came to give me my estimate.  It took us a while to get things worked out in the beginning but only because they wanted to make sure I got just the unit I wanted.  I wanted something that would last for years.  I highly recommend Jackson's Plumbing to anyone! <br />"

"This work was done on rental house that I recently purchased. <br /> This company came highly regarded by both the water authority and the gas provider. <br /> Their price was reasonable, but not a 'bargain'.   However, I definitely will pay a reasonable rate for a job well done. <br /> The work and workers were professional and punctual and the inspection of the new gas line by the gas company went flawlessly. <br /> They even worked to get the gas line installation "grand-fathered in" because it ran through the row house next to me.  They could very well have told me that it doesn't meet current code in order to do more work and get paid more. <br /> They also found additional gas leaks that the gas company initially missed.  <br />"
