They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."
