"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "We called him in the middle of the night.  The answering service said that someone will get back to us shortly.  He called us back within 2 or 3 hours and he said he would be at our house by 8 am.  He was reliable, he was professionally dressed.  He found the problem and fixed it temporarily and will be coming back with the correct tubbing to fix it fully.  He offered me an annual maintenance aggreement that would have allowed for discounted prices and he would have applied it to the first job for us had we taken it.  The aggreement also included a free annual air conditioning cleaning and a 15% discount on plumbing and air conditioning repairs.  My first contact with them was because they also provide maintenance to heating systems;  they do it all.  I would definitely call them again."
