I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES. "
