"It went great. The original drawers I had in there kept falling down and were completely the wrong size. They explained the limitations on what they could build and we agreed on a design. They were professional and kind and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in less than two days, which surprised me. It was expensive, but the quality of the drawers is top notch. Each drawer can hold 70 lbs! So I'll never have to worry about loading them up with too many cans or anything. They get a lot of abuse since I'm always in and out of the pantry, and they've held up wonderfully."

"Elly and the install team were fantastic to work with.   After contacting Closet Factory they were very quick to respond and set up an initial visit.    Elly came out and she did a great job listening to what we wanted and was also able to walk us through some options we weren't aware of.   <br /> She returned the designs very quickly and was very easy to work with on some modifications.    We really appreciated her guidance when we weren't sure of what we needed in some of the spaces.   The prices seemed very fair for the amount of work  done.   All pricing was broken down so we could see how much each closet was and how changes we were thinking of would affect the  final pricing.   Elly did a great job designing the spaces to minimize the cost when possible while keeping our needs in mind. <br /> The install team was fantastic.   They were prompt, friendly and very efficient.    <br /> I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we need more work done. <br />"

"I am extremely pleased with both the desk and filing storage furniture that Artisan Cabinet Company produced and the great  customer service they provided. I needed a very large desk setup to accommodate a considerable amount of file storage with easy access. Artisan delivered a superior product. Every aspect of the design that they generated was custom. From the large U shaped top with a substantial radius edge to all the file drawers that operate with flawless ease. In regards to the many drawers, they did a superb job of keeping all the drawer fronts in perfect alignment and with consistent reveals. The size and design of the desk required that it be constructed in several sections which were separate from the top. In spite of there being various components involved, their precision was such that the final installation was a breeze, everything went together perfectly. Wow, what a statement the desk makes especially when the large additional file drawer cabinet was installed in the office as well. <br /> There is no question in my mind that these folks know what they're doing when it comes to cabinet design and construction. The craftsmanship that they possess is seen in every aspect of their work whether it's building office furniture or fine kitchen cabinets.
