"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."

"Neris was excellent. The products he used were quality and he applied them with a lot of attention to detail. They were always friendly, courteous and professional while working around the house. At the end we walked around the house together to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and make sure they didn't miss anything. He told us to call or text if we noticed anything moving forward as well. Everyone has been complementing how great our house looks, it's like a whole new house! "Called two larger company's for quotes and did not get a response, but I think because Ken's Roofing is smaller, they were able to respond and do the work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks of initial contact.) Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Also, Brad is the new co-owner as of a year or so."
