On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. "The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues."
