"My former window cleaning service is no longer in business. I punched Angies List in my computer, and started reading reviews. I decided to try Amruss, Inc. There was a $99.00 Big Deal, so I bought the deal, then called to set up an appointment. It was quick and easy. They called the night before to remind us of the next day's service. They arrived right on time, assessed the house, told me what they would do, and proceeded with the work. The leader of the 3 man crew asked me about half way through, if there was anything I had issues with. It all went well, and I will certainly call them again.

"Work was done very well.  The installers did a professional job and listened and followed my requests during the install (regarding some trim pieces).    Patio doors openings were a custom size which complicated issues, but Kevin McCann provided a number of options to solve the problem.  He also provided me initial quotes before we purchased the home and was patient and provided later quotes which we used after we closed on the house.  They also did some gutter and facia repair that they didn't make much money on but it sure helped me out.  I was glad they could also do this for me.  It saved me a lot of time and effort to find someone to do it.  The doors and new window look great, and I expect will last a lifetime.  Next we'll be replacing a few more windows with McCann. "

He offered to research and if possible order similar if not same style. New lockset ordered and installed perfectly. Murphy's.....again went above and beyond in assisting. "They requested information about my home style, project, etc.  I sent the info then they responded with a pretty generic website which included choices and had a place where I could inclose photos.  I filled out the form, but the color choices and styles felt very limited and really didn't fit my home.  They responded a week or so later with some "suggestions", which didn't address the questions or specific styles I had asked about.  They also included possible fixtures and businesses where I could purchase products.  They asked for further feedback, and I responded, giving more information about what I was looking for and hoping they could give me some ideas I could use.  That was in May, and I haven't heard back from them since.  I thought this was a fun idea to try before beginning a project, but I would not use this service again and the money was wasted."
