"Bernhardt was so very quick to call and arrange an appointment. In the end, our lawyer suggested we did not have to engage someone for asbestos removal because that work could be done by the buyers if necessary… we will forward the recommendation onto new owners.."

"Bill’s cleaning service is the best. He made the upholstery on a 20 year 5 piece sectional and ottoman look like new. He was here on time, was very conscientious of his work, and left nothing behind. I highly recommend Bills Cleaning service and will use him again for carpets in the future."

"Michael showed up right on time at 8AM, removed damaged drywall, inspected for moisture or signs thereof, reinstalled drywall, and did a marvelous job on painting, and blending with the rest of the room so there was NO contrast between where he worked and other areas. Quote and timeliness of work were EXCEPTIONAL. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend anyone to use GCPRO."

"After completing the home inspection, Todd recommended resources to address our needs. He advocated for the health and safety of the environment. Thank you"

"I hired Matrix Cleaning Systems for both water removal services in my basement, then also had them do carpet cleaning work. I liked the way Patrick clearly communicated exactly what he proposed to do and at what price. He did a very thorough job at a reasonable rate and within the time frame promised. He also was very respectful to me and my property. Matrix will be my first call when water removal or carpet cleaning is needed."

"They came quickly and took care of things."

"They were here as scheduled, the representative was extremely pleasant and fast. I would hire them if all that was needed was mold remediation. Unfortunately, I have additional foundation issues necessitating waterproofing in addition to mold removal. Otherwise, I would have retained this company."

"Giovanni is a pleasure to work with! He did an amazing job. I would recommend his services and would gladly hire him again."

"My husband and I called 5Star to repair water damage to our unit resulting from long-term roof leakage in our building. The damage was far more extensive than first thought and they also helped us with roof repairs, mold remediation, floor repair and complete revarnishing of same. I cannot overstate how incredibly beautiful their work was. Our apartment looks as good or better than when we first purchased it 10 years ago. At every stage, Gaby kept us apprised of what work was being done and gave detailed reports on how it was progressing. We have additional roofing repair issues to address in the Spring of 2019 and will absolutely be using 5Star's services for those repairs as well. 5Star talks about "restoring your peace of mind" -- and our minds are a lot more peaceful these days since 5Star helped us. This was a large job to begin with and it got a great deal more complex and far-ranging as the work went on. Regardless of what got thrown at them, Rafael and his team took everything in stride. Each and every job was dealt with professionally, patiently and with true consideration. They knew they were working on our home and they absolutely treated our home as though it was their own. We are so deeply grateful to Gaby, Rafael and their wonderful team for their exemplary work."

"You will not be disappointed! John is so good at what he does. High quality service!"
