He explained the installation to me very well and answered all my questions. He installed the whole shower including moving the drain to the middle. He had a plumber come help briefly. He extended the shower walls all the way up my 9-foot walls to the ceiling and even installed a ceiling piece that is very nice. It covers the ceiling over the entire shower. The whole shower shines beautifully, and the hardware is very good quality and beautiful brushed nickel. I love my long grab bars. One bar is angled so you can easily grab it while in a seated position. I did not have a bench installed but will get a chair eventually. I highly recommend Mad City because they were very professional and respectful from beginning to end, and I can't wait to use my new shower!!"
