"Very nice man, honest and hard-working. Carpets were cleaned pretty well, but no furniture was moved. In his defense, it was just him doing the work, so it would have been difficult. I also had some upholstery cleaned. He did an excellent job on those items. He finished within the time frame he quoted and did the job for the price we agreed upon."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"The deep cleaning started well with three people arriving. They all worked on the same room at the same time, which I found to be unusual. However they had to leave before some things were finished due to one of the cleaners needing to pick up her child. The following visits were by Baisa and her nephew. He was meticulous but I was less impressed with her cleaning which seemed careless. Also several things were broken or left undone, and on two occasions they once again had to leave early. I will not use them again and have found a new housekeeper that works well."

"I cannot say enough great things about the OxiFresh team.  Everything from the initial contact by phone went as smoothly as could be expected.  The crew arrived promptly on schedule and worked quickly but thoroughly, going over high traffic areas as many times as required to get the deepest possible cleaning completed.  Furniture was moved (including large items that I didn't think they'd bother with) and the team got to all of the hidden areas throughout our home.  The crew left behind a bottle of their formula for spot treatment and the carpets dried quickly leaving us with a clean fresh home.  We are extremely pleased!

"Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses. We plan to have Fernando clean our carpets again in about six months.  We highly recommend this company."
