"To get a bid on finding and fixing a water leak, I reached out to Michael. The Water Department kept sending me notices about a problem. I was losing up to 3 gallons per day. I had had a leak in the main valve to the house and the valve controlling the sprinkler system. I had paid another company the previous month $1700, so I knew it couldnâ t be that. "Brandon was a pleasure to do business with. Very professional and thorough when dealing with customers. The price wasn't the best quote, but I appreciated that they could do the job immediately. Wesley performed the job. He was ok. Did not properly reroute the water line servicing half of my house when it was supposed to be completed. So I had to call them back out the next day to take care of that. Also part of my elliptical machine was broken off. I reviewed my security cameras and saw that it snapped off when he attempted to move the machine. He didn't bother to let me know about that. He did not turn my water heater back on after the job was complete so It took awhile to realize that was the reason all my water was cold.He also supposedly set up an appointment for and Inspection after the job was done. I spoke to Misti and that appointment never happened. He had me spend an entire day waiting because "they don't give you a specific time." That was not true because Misti scheduled it for the following day and they came right on time. I don't have time to waste taking caring of a toddler. Brandon and Misti make up for the inconveniences."

Stuart knows his stuff.  He is honest.  He is reasonable.  He is conscientious.  And he knocks himself out service-wise.  He is respectful and treats you the way you want to be treated.  This is what Angie's List is all about - we all want to find people like him. 
My previous experience with A/C companies:  I have had several providers who have either 1) over-charged me; 2)  totally messed up my systems; or 3) led me on to believe that my units would break down unless I spend mega-$ in parts.  (I have always declined those quotes and my units have worked just fine.) 
Stuart far surpassed my expectations.  He was more thorough than the other companies, and very honest in his evaluation.  I fully expected him to tell me I needed a complete new system (one of them is at least 17 years old), so was surprised when he said all it needed was a new contactor.  Throughout he was very polite and answered all my questions.  He even called ahead to tell me he was running late because of the rain earlier that day, and asked if I was okay with that.  He then gave me a new time window, and showed up 15 minutes early.
I couldn't be more pleased, and can't recommend Stuart strongly enough.

"TL:DR The American-made equipment works very well. The company ultimately assured the installation was complete and correct. But it was a rocky road. It was easy to schedule an appointment with a sales person. He spent a lot of time trying to sell me a system, when in fact I'd already done my research and knew I wanted to buy their products if they could improve my water quality. The salesman was able to give me measurements of dissolved solids and pH, which was important to me. Installation was fast; within about a week, our system was in place! Unfortunately, the installation did not pass inspection. When I contacted EcoWater Texas about the problem, the owner said the inspector was being unreasonable, and this had never happened before. He said he was uncomfortable having his plumber do the work the inspector required, and I would have to find someone else to do it. He said he'd pay the cost if it was reasonable. I contacted the inspector to get a detailed explanation of the work to be done. The inspector came over and gave me a red tag, formally failing the installation. He said I should call EcoWater Texas and tell them I had the tag, and if I submitted the tag to the licensing board they'd make it right. When I did that, EcoWater Texas agreed to find a plumber to do the work and cover the costs. The new plumber finished the installation, and it passed inspection. I then asked EcoWater Texas to test my water to make sure the system was working as advertised. This took a little time, but the salesman returned and did the testing. That's when I learned the system was only treating half my water! The rest entered the house in a different place. Apparently EcoWater Texas didn't check for that when they did the original installation. So EcoWater Texas had the second plumber come back and tie in the rest of the house water. The entire process took several months."
