"I hired KP Builders for my two story addition. Alpesh built an office room and media room down and upstairs. The finish was perfect that was appreciated by everybody who visited my house. He gave me lot of creative and very useful ideas to make most use of the space. He took care of the permits, quality material and kept me posted on the plan and stayed on top all the time. "I needed help with some shrub removal and planting in my front landscape, and got several quotes. I already had the plants, soil, fertilizer, and materials needed, but am not physically able to dig by myself. I had a means of disposing of the removed materials, so there was no haul-away included. Along with the planting, I needed to have a decorative stone wall repaired because it was starting to lean. Again, labor only. I was looking for a company that could do both. The bids for the planting work, which was straightforward and simple labor, were in the range of $400, except for New East Landscapes. Their price was much higher for the planting work, but they assured me they could do the planting within a couple of days and also repair the stone wall within 2 weeks for what seemed to be a very fair additional price. Because they seemed to know exactly what to do with the wall, and showed pictures of other projects they had done, I decided to pay the higher price so I could have one company complete both tasks. They emailed written quotes for the work, which I signed and returned. They told me the time they would come to do the planting work on Sunday, a couple of days later. The work on the wall would be done when they could fit it in, but within two weeks. On Sunday April 9, they arrived more than an hour late, so late that I was concerned they weren't coming. They did the planting work which took them less than 1.75 hours to complete. They clearly knew their plants, placed them where I asked, and the work was competent, but this job did not actually require 3 workers, which is what they brought. I paid them for that work and asked to schedule the wall repair. Xavier told me he would call me to schedule the time within two weeks and would find out the cost of a few stones that were needed to support the wall. He never called me back. I attempted to follow up with them by several phone calls, which went to voicemail that was not accepting messages. Also sent text messages and email. No response of any kind from them, and it has now been a month since they promised to return to complete the work. The wall is looking increasingly unstable and the work still needs to be done."

"Great ! The owner is Jeff Waldron. We had our old deck removed and replaced with a new Trex deck and added a new 10x14 covered Cabana. My wife found Charlotte Decks and Porches doing initial search of contractors. We contacted Jeff and had a meeting in July and got a detailed proposal July 13, 2019. After our meeting with Jeff and then getting his detailed proposal we knew he was the builder for us ! Jeff's timeliness, attention to detail, helpful suggestions and record of quality work with a great crew were unmatched by any others we looked into. I am VERY particular and Jeff and his crew exceeded my expectations ! -Jeff's estimate of cost was specific, understandable, and fair. -Jeff provided us with a concise package to present to our HOA for approval.... His information was so complete we got immediate approval from the HOA within one day ! -Jeff always answered our questions and outlined our building schedule, product delivery dates, etc. usually by email or text. - Jeff has his own crew... Ben, Murray, Will, Robbie and Eli (sorry if I missed anyone) and they were great! Skilled, polite, hard working and pleasant. They did the work right the first time. They were careful and respectful of our house. They cleaned up every day and took all trash away when needed. -All work was done as outlined! No cutting corners... even pouring extra concrete to be sure to pass all city code requirements. -Jeff took care of all permits, scheduled all inspections and any required paperwork ! -The few delays were expected (weather, inspection, our vacation) and acceptable. On a final note....this is our retirement home. We wanted the best materials (for little or no maintenance) and great craftsmanship . That is what we got ... and more ! Thanks to everyone who worked on our project and for proving there are still people who take pride in their workmanship !"

"We recently had our fence line cleared, yard leveled and brick pavers installed by Paragon Landscape Management, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. For example, we mentioned that the area behind our garage frequently got muddy but we weren't ready to commit to installing sod in the area. They suggested mulch and it has worked so well these past few months and looks wonderful! Plus our dog rarely tracks mud into the house now. Our project was overseen by Jack and Martin who were fantastic and communicated with us throughout. The workmanship is flawless, and the attention to detail shows in every corner of the space.
