"We were suffering with a loud fog horn like sound whenever the hot water faucet was turned on in our bathroom sink. Brian arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional as he analyzed the situation. Since there was also a small leak after turning off the cold water, he provided a firm quote to replace both cartridges which I approved. Getting started, he found it extremely difficult to disassemble the faucets to get down to the cartridges since all of the components were fused tight. Working methodically and carefully, Brian was able to complete the installation without harming the faucet.
