"Randy arrived at 12:00 PM as promised. He immediately began replacing the broken spring and had my door good as new in about 25 minutes. After he changed the spring, he gives the entire door an inspection and corrects anything he sees wrong. In my case, he oiled the tracks and aligned the sensors back into proper orientation. Once the job was complete, he cleaned the work area. <br /> I have used these guys for the past 20 years (back when his Uncle used to own the company) and have never been disappointed. They are fair, honest and do reputable work. I don't call anyone else when i have a garage door problem! <br />"
