"Diego is very professional, responsive, trustworthy and respectful. Very easy to work with. He came to fix our 2 AC units (leaks) and replaced our kitchen faucet. He answered our questions, explained things clearly, did his work thoroughly and cleaned everything up. He even took the time to clean our 2 AC units. Would definitely hire and recommend him for any cooling, heating and plumbing work in the future."

"I purchased the big deal, and I was not let down.  Elly arrived on time, quickly assessed the problems, and worked out the best solutions.  All the work was performed well.  Elly was courteous and professional.

"We hired Overall Plumbing Heat & Cooling to replace a kitchen faucet and are very happy with the experience. When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. Sam & AJ went above and beyond to go purchase the necessary part rather than coming back another day and have us wait. They arrived promptly within the scheduled window, reviewed pricing and made sure the job was up to our standards before leaving. Although I hope we don’t have any plumbing issues soon, Overall will be the first number we call!"

"He's done all the work meticulously. He does things that other plumbers don't do. He provides good professional services."

"I got them through Angie's List and they were fine.  I don't remember what they charged, but I remember thinking that it was ... it seemed to me a fair price for the amount of time that they spent.  I didn't have any complaints about them.  I'm gonna say the several times that we've used them was like an hour to two, no more.  They also installed faucets and two different sinks and I would say that was about two years ago.  I would say they were A overall.  In general, I'm satisfied with them.  I would say they did exactly what I wanted them to do, plus the amount of time spent on it was very reasonable. "

"Kevin and his team have done work on my house multiple times over the years. The work has always been done fast and to high quality standards!"

"I discovered I needed a new water heater over the weekend. Dr. Waterheater was here at 9:00 on Monday. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They replaced the water heater, cleaned up, and I was up and running before noon. I recommend their services to everyone."

"Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair."

"Three new tanks (pH, Iron, Softener) were replaced and a new drinking water system at the sink was installed. Great professional people to work with very communitive and honest. Answered all of my questions and provided fast feedback. No issues with system- works great."

"Outstanding. Gene and Ryan were fantastic. Always in contact, helped to suggest optimal layout for the basement and the job moved efficiently from start to finish. There was a ton of contact and communication to make sure there were no surprise and they brought up potential issues well in advance so we could adjust or plan around them. These guys are top notch and I’d recommend them for any job you have."
