Hector, the owner, came out with two of his crew members the day before the 4th of July to replace both my AC and furnace. They arrived right at 8am and worked nonstop until 6:30pm to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the job, they found a few unexpected issues, but Hector and his team kept me informed the entire time and handled everything with professionalism and care. I was so impressed by their hard work, attention to detail, and clear communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dedicated HVAC company, I highly recommend VIP HVAC.
