The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

We had a new liner installed in our chimney and after inspecting the exterior chimney, Tony immediately identified damage that had occurred from years of weather and use. Tony provided several repair options with varying prices, however ultimately recommended the most cost effective and common sense solution and not once pushed for the more expensive repair. "We had call 7 electricians from Angie's list including Electric Fixx, Inc. All others were too busy one to two weeks, another had a 3 week waiting period, one asked how old was my house. I responded it was built in 1898 and Victorian. He said my house was too old and I'shouldn't touch any of the electrical wires in it. On his start day, he came about 45 minutes after the agreed upon start time but had called to state he had an urgent call and had to attend to it first. One item, Mr Hamm was not able to complete was an antique chandelier which needed to be rewired. But he referred us to a nearby store to purchase another or repair the existing one. Mr Hamm completed all the other work in one day. My husband and I are very satisified with his work. He is very professional regarding his work. We will definitely use him again."
