The quote he gave us was less than what we had budgeted so we happily hired their company. On the install day we received a call from Gary saying he'd be here in 45 minutes. He was on time, professional explained in detail what he was going to do. He told us it would take 2 to 3 hours to complete. He was done in 2.5 hours. Left no mess, and we are very happy with our new garage door. Would definitely reccomend them."

"I Purchased a new opener on a whim when I came across it on a Black Friday sale at local box store. My current 20+ year old Stanley still worked fine but... After a few weeks with it sitting in garage I went on to Angie's list just to see if I could find out how much it was going to cost to have a pro install it. Another outfit called to see if I needed an estimate and when I told them Ponderosa Garage Doors was already here and doing they job they told me I was in good hands, that Ponderosa were top notch pros! Teal completed the job excellently, programmed all my remotes and keypad and explained everything I needed to know. He even took the time to program the built in opener in our Cadillac that I had been unable to figure out how to pair with old opener. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys nor do I think you should have any concerns about their work."
