"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"Very professional and friendly. At the completion of the installation, one of the team members walked me through the equipment installed, how to maintain the new style furnace filters we requested, and patiently guided us on how to operate the new thermostat."

"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

"I thought the installer was very particular about his work. Also, the owner was not a high pressure salesman. He was very personable and the company has very good ratings."

"No high pressure salesmen. Answered all of my questions and very responsive. Installers were able to come the next day to install the new Central Air & Furnace. They did a great job!"

"Tyler did a perfect job I have not had one issue with the installation. I will hire and recommend Tyler for all HVAC needs."

"From the initial consultation; to the installation and cleanup; to solving a small problem the next day, everything was handled perfectly at the 5 STAR level. This is the kind of company you want to do business with."

"Jason C was professional and courteous. He is a great ambassador for the One Hour team."

"They were pretty quick with the install of our new HVAC, but the overall cost was a little pricey. You get what you pay for with them, which is high quality service and product."
