"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Called and scheduled repairs, came out within a day and fixed one bathroom immediately and I had to reschedule the next bath repair a few days later. Worked great and I highly recommend!!"

"They were very professional, showed up time. They did a great job and were very fast--did it in a timely manner. I have hot water now, so I am very happy."

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"I try to leave reviews on every business that I’ve been in contact with. I can say that this company, “Joe the Plumber” in CT (a Perras Family Co.) is simply awesome. I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. Maybe 10 years later (this morning) we woke up with no water on our ‘new’ home (24 years old), also in Glastonbury. I called the first number I had on my iPhone at 7am (spoke to a very professional person named Willy) and within 3 hours Wayne Perras (the service tech) & Co were here addressing the problem. After 24 years, the well pump gave out. It was in a 400 feet-deep well. They completed the job in 5 hours. I didn’t have to wait until Monday, which was one of my concerns. Wayne was very straight forward. No BS. Gave me the quotes. I agreed, since it sounded reasonable. I had changed the pump on my other house (not as deep & smaller pump) so I knew around how much it would cost. Wayne was great, knowledgeable and had a friendly and respectful disposition. I will certainly use them for another related project this Summer. I truly & honestly recommend this family company. It was a Godsend that the first number I had on my phone was for Joe the Plumber (the Perras)! THANKS GUYS!"

"Great. They called to make appointment. Called to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes, Were on time, professional, efficient. Due to house and plumbing being 50+ years old, they did have to find a part at the supply store but came right back and finished the job. They advised us to get the lower shut off valve fixed in the future and sent us an estimate. Very pleased and would recommend them to my friends.$199"

"They did a prompt and efficient job and the technicians were very professional and responsive to all my questions. Everyone from the office and sales staff were a pleasure to deal with. They would even call ahead to let you know how soon they would be arriving. I will definitely use this company again for all my future heating, cooling & plumbing needs."

"Great job by Total Mechanical Systems repairing/replacing old faucets on my tub/shower that would not stop the running water. Their tech, Joe, was friendly and professional. The problem is solved, I am very happy after this experience."

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Wesson Energy Inc. have been responsive about fixing anything that has broken. They've been pretty good about coming out, in that way. We like their service and reliability."
