"Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them."

There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. "This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. Will continue to monitor the ceiling below for a couple of weeks to see if everything is fixed. So far so good! I will be calling him backhand would recommend for hire!"
