"I can see why this pro is not Angi approved: Called for a simple AC maintenance, ended up with a miswired AC unit that was left on with no regard to safety until another technician came by and mentioned that parts were misreplaced and there was no concrete diagnosis for the problem. Both instances involving speaking to an agent and a manager I was provided false information relative to my case and after acknowledging damaging the machine and lying to a consumer they tried to get back on site to do further work on an undiagnosed machine. When I said I wanted a replacement for my unit they said "the labor costs too much for us to perform" They'll ruin your machine and then tell you it's too expensive to fix for them. Go with a company that's actually owned in NJ. Save your money and go elsewhere."
