"Jason and Noah did a great job replacing the old knob and tube wiring and installing a three-way switch on a dark flight of stairs. They worked on our project from start to finish, without interruption, which we greatly appreciated. They did a good job patching the holes they had to make in walls and ceilings in order to run the new wires. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and stored their tools out of the way in our basement overnight. At the end of each day, Jason gave us a walk-through of the progress he and Noah had made during the day. "After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future

My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. "I purchased the chimney cleaning late in December with an explanation that I needed to have the service provided before January 6 because we were having a gas insert installed that day.  Due to the holidays, we did not manage to connect on time, however, I did get my money back.  The company was apologetic for not getting back to me on time to make this happen and they were gracious enough to refund what I had prepaid.  In the end, the installer informed me that the chimney, which had not been used since we purchased this house 8 years ago, did not even need to be cleaned.
