"Scott came to my house on time and was able to pinpoint the problem with my toilet very quickly. Explained everything clearly, told me how much time it would take and gave me a fair price. I had another plumber, a friend, fix and replace the toilet two years ago, didn't fix it properly and charged me twice the price. I am extremely happy. Scott was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and didn't leave my bathroom a mess. I had Scott replace a leaking faucet while he was there. I am thrilled to have found this gem of a plumbing company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have their business card on my fridge, I know who to call in the future. Thank you for your professionalism."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Jamie fixed the problems with the heating system that he had installed."

"Peter, replaced my water heater that vented into chimney and placed a new power vent unit on the other side of the house. This required new natural gas lines, new water lines and extensive site preparation. In addition, he removed all extraneous water lines and the old hot water heater. This took two days. I just kept getting the run-around from other plumbers. Peter was exceptionally professional, resourceful and friendly. I wish I could find a lucid electrician..."

"David helped me install Heat Pump Water Heater that I purchased from Home Depot. It was his first time installing a heat pump water heater but he made sure it gets installed as per code and right way. He worked with me to install stop valve in the end."
