Jared was 15 minutes early, got right to work and was able to get the unit working with 30 minutes. Jared was very pleasant and very thorough (he made sure the filter and drain were all okay). He didn't leave a trace.....even took his shoes off at the door. I didn't pay the bill but I can attest to his efficiency and professionalism. HIghly recommended!!!"
