"Lamb Lawn Service and Landscaping recently completed an extensive front and backyard project for my husband and me. We reside on a hilly lot and needed additional off-street parking and stairway access from street level to our front door. Dave Kruer, designer for Lamb, met with us and presented us with a design that met our needs. Dave and his crew are amazing- this project involved major hardscaping, including removal of unforseen rock, construction of stone retaining walls and stairs, concrete and landscaping. The finished project was completed in unbelievable time, is gorgeous and functional. <br>Our  satisfaction with the project prompted us to enlist Dave and his crew to do and equally extensive revamp of our backyard. They constructed a stone retaining wall, outdoor fireplace, extensive paver patio and access stairs from patio to driveway. Both front and backyard include landscaping and lighting. <br>These guys are truly talented, professional craftsmen.  The quality of their work and final outcome far exceeded our expectations. "Craig Breneman/Bluegrass Pavers answered my call through Angie's List to give us an estimate on a stone patio with a fire pit. He answered my call promptly and came to see our site and estimate our job. I had called several concrete and stone businesses to get estimates. Out of 6 concrete businesses called in October, 2013, I have received NO call backs as of this date (even from the ones on Angies's List). And today I saw one of the businesses I called is giving a patio coupon deal on Angie's List now. <br /> Bluegrass Pavers/Craig Breneman made us understand that we could indeed afford a gorgeous stone patio complete with fireplace at a reasonable price. Before we signed with Craig we went to see some of his craftsmanship and were so very impressed. His work is impeccable, he has a great sense of design and detail. I had an idea of what I wanted and Craig improved on it using his wonderful sense of style. <br /> Since we didn't start our project until late October, we had many weather issues. Craig was always concerned with the integrity of his work and we had quite a few delays. When the sun was shining and the ground was dry enough he and his crew really hit the ground running and would complete amazing amounts of work. <br /> Craig and his crew are always neat and courteous! We liked Craig, his crew and his work ethic and finished product so much, we've already commissioned him to do a small retaining wall along our driveway. <br />"

"I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered on the spot. I literally picked my slab and paid in 15 minutes. Easy! But that's where ease ended. Communication is something Marty, Tracy, Allison and team need to work on. There were many hiccups in getting in for template. Granted, my project was complicated, but I've worked with 2 competing stone installers in the last two years with no communication or scheduling issues. The install day finally came for my quartz and it was measured wrong!!! There wasn't enough in stock to finish so they'd have to order. I was angry as I was just waiting on them to list my home for sale. I asked to get a comparable granite off the lot and chose from several slabs. Had to do remeasure and reinstall. Loved the new countertop! However there were things missed in install (really liked install guys btw). Didn't silicone one counter and I could lift it! Bad. So I had to call and call to get that fixed. Then my plumber said they hadn't secured the dishwasher even though Marty and I talked a good deal about it. It took 3 or 4 calls, multiple texts to Marty to get someone out. Then they showed up unannounced to fix. Overall. Communication is a disaster from this company. I don't understand how they let this happen when I present multiple project opportunities per year. Just wanted it to work so bad but it just didn't. I worked WAY too hard to get this done and over the course of many renovations I've never had to exert this kind of energy on countertops, and you SHOULD NOT have to. Sorry guys. I so wanted this to be more positive but kept remembering all the stuff I had to go through to finish this :("
