"Very well. If you use a sink that is not purchased from Pacific Tile (stainless only), be sure it is available early on in the installation process, to ensure it can be installed."

"joe did an excellent job in a timely manner."

"Excellent! Bill was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set a date for the free estimate within a week. Others we contacted couldn't tell us when they could even come out for estimate. Due to the rain we had several delays where he couldn't work and he was prompt about keeping us updated. He shows up right on time and cleans up after the work. He's very easy to work with and is quite knowlegable about repairs. We will most definitely use him again and recommend him to others."

"Jim is detailed oriented and thorough. He seeks â perfectionâ in every aspect of his business. From listening carefully to his clients, to providing detailed estimates, to careful installation, Jim is a â gemâ . He left our house cleaner than he found it and his tile work was exceptional. Jim is joy to work with - he is responsive and responsible. A positive experience from start to finish."

This was a continuation of a 40-hour big deal I got. The extended service I arranged with them was $2,300. They did not do any finish work.
