"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"We highly recommend Edian Alexis, of Alexis Home Improvement, who we worked with for a couple months to renovate our decks. Edian was amazing to work with--he is an incredibly talented craftsman, as well as being extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, flexible, and patient. He was always willing to take lots of time out to explain all of the choices he suggested (for example, why he recommends the particular brand of composite decking, why we had to go with particular railing choices for structural reasons, etc). We also had a tough time making design choices, and he was always very patient with us. We got quotes from a few different contractors, and he provided a very competitive quote. Edian's mother lives in JP, and he owns a home in Roslindale with his family; we appreciate that he lives in our community as well. When we were hiring a contractor, we wanted to choose someone that we could develop a long term relationship with and we are so glad we went with him.
