He completed the work very fast, was very nice to our two small (and annoying) dogs, and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the process. We received a discount on the service call for being an Angie's List member and the guy who initially called me (super fast after I made the request) was very nice, friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we tried Current is they were the first company to contact us and they could have someone come out the next day. Really responsive! I called them and they said it sounded like a problem with the electric company and we should have them come out first because if it was it would be free. So, they could have just said, oh yeah we'll send someone out and we'll charge you for it but they didn't so I was impressed that they were honest and straightforward. And it turned out to indeed be a problem with the electric company or a problem with their equipment so there was no charge on them.
