"Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running.
