"David young (owner of Online Mechanical Svc) signed a contact on 02-13-25 for $5,600 to perform rough in plumbing for a bathroom in the basement. He completed the job and got rough in approval. He told me I dont need final inspection and took full payment on 3/6/25. Later I found that I need final inspection. I finished the job and asked him to call for the final inspection on 4/14/25. He declined to do that because he demanded extra money to finish the job to call for a final inspection. He puts me in a spot where he can squeeze more money from me. He threatened me that he will cancel the permit since I did not paid him extra to finish the job."
