(I had him complete the exterior.) Ted provide catalogs of supplies to that I could choose the quality of the materials.  The dimensional lumber he used was top grade and the decking was routed to round off the edges.  Ted was very net in his work.  Provide a dumper on site, put away all toolls at the end of the day, left steps to front door intact until the new steps were installed.  In short, he is a great guy to work with.  Has a lot of know-how, good price and he communicates and comes when he says he will. <br />"
