"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. "Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped. <br /> Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies. <br /> Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming.  <br /> Staff was very nice. <br /> All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not. <br />"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

The chimney was rebuild and I assume was done right, </p> <p>it took two days. The clean up wasn't so good, I offered the use </p> <p>of our leaf blower to get rid of the old insulation which was spread on the roof, I finally told them to go because</p> <p>the mess they created was damaging some of the ground cover and planting.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Nice guys, but clean up is not high on the list.  I had to hire some one to clean the roof and also clean out the gutters</p> <p>there was 2 inches of sand in the gutter. They also would honor the Coupon I had from Angie's list booklet,</p> <p>reason: there was more work than they thought.( I have to believe them I don't know.)</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The chimney looks good</p> , but this company should invest in some tarps, which makes to clean up easier. <br />"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
